This Refund & Returns Policy explains how returns, exchanges, and refunds are handled in accordance with applicable EU and Greek consumer protection laws.
As of now, we are shipping to: Albania, Bulgaria, Cyprus, France, Germany, Greece, Italy, Norway, Romania, Serbia and Spain!
Overview
Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days from the date you receive your order.
If 30 days have passed since delivery, unfortunately we cannot offer a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused
- The item must be in the same condition as received
- The item must be returned in its original packaging
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required
We do not operate a physical retail store. All purchases are made online.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:
Refund processing times depend on your bank or payment provider
Your refund will be processed to your original payment method
Refunds include the product price and applicable VAT (24%)
Original shipping costs are non-refundable
Non-Returnable Items
Items returned without original packaging or missing parts
Because we sell physical fantasy props and themed accessories, most items are eligible for return.
However, the following items cannot be returned:
Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery
Gift cards
Items marked as final sale or non-returnable
Products damaged due to misuse, wear, or improper handling
Items returned without original packaging or missing parts
Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be granted in the following cases:
- Items with clear signs of use
- Items returned with missing components not due to our error
- Items damaged after delivery due to customer handling
- Late returns (close to or beyond the 30-day window)
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet:
- Check your bank account again
- Contact your credit card or payment provider
- Contact your bank, as processing times may vary

Sale items
Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds.
Items purchased:
- On sale
- With discount codes
- With promotional coupons
are not eligible for refunds, unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are:
- Defective
- Damaged during shipping

We do not offer exchanges for different products or designs.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you:
- You will receive a store credit equal to the value of the returned item
If the item was not marked as a gift:
The refund will be issued to the original purchaser
Shipping returns
To return your product, you must ship it to the return address provided after contacting us.
- Return shipping costs are paid by the customer
- Shipping costs are non-refundable
- If a refund is approved, return shipping costs will not be included
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service for higher-value items
Shipping Fees & VAT
- Orders over €50 qualify for free shipping
- Orders under €50 are charged a €4 standard shipping fee
- On products deemed as Fragile, the shipping is €5
- On products deemed as Heavy, the shipping is €4,50
- All prices include 24% VAT, as required by Greek law
- Shipping to the Rest of Europe only charges Greek VAT as of now
Shipping fees are not refundable unless the return is due to our error.
